Set in the heart of Norfolk, Yaxham Waters offers a perfect base for exploring many of the counties top attractions including Sandringham, Norwich, The Coast and The Broads. Situtated just 2 miles from the nearest market town of Dereham, which is bustling with supermarkets, cafes, cinema, bowling etc.

Nestled in a secluded garden are these luxurious holiday yurts.

Nestled away from the bustling campsite is our tremendous tipi, excellent for adventure holidays.

We welcome both campers and caravaners at Yaxham Waters and being in the heart of Norfolk we are in an excellent position to explore some of Norfolk's best attractions.

Our campsite has three main camping and touring areas as well as a hard standing area for motorhomes and caravans without awnings although this unsuitable for tenters.

Yaxham Waters has two fishing lakes both of which are well stocked. Our main lake has specimen carp to 25lbs and enjoys a pleasant backdrop of the Mid Norfolk railway along which runs steam trains during the summer. This lake is for the exclusive use of our lodge customers.

Day tickets are available for our second lake at £4.95 for our camping and touring customers. Longer stay fishing permits are also available from our farm shop and excellent discounts are given to holidaymakers who book for the duration of their stay.

All anglers MUST have a ticket from the shop in advance of fishing. Our lakes are for serious anglers. Whilst children are permitted, each must have their own fishing ticket at full standard price.
