Amenities, Activities, and Local Attractions
We have 33,000 square feet on 17 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds surrounded by our 5-Star marina and located in beautiful San Diego. We are a quick car ride to the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Seaport Village, Gaslamp District, beaches, and all of San Diego's many attractions. We are a two hour drive to Legoland, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. But you don't need to travel out of the Resort to enjoy yourself! Scroll down to glance at some of our highlights.

Marina
Our state of the art Marina with 552 Slips is adjacent to our Resort and is an comforting walk to enjoy all of its amenities. Launch your boat and tie up at the Marina. Or just stroll over for a relaxing bite to eat at one of our two waterfront restaurants.

Pool and Jacuzzi
Relax at the end of your day with a warm Jacuzzi, or enjoy our adult hours in the pool at your leisure. Lots of kids activities during adult hour, so everyone can have a great swimming time.

Fitness Room
Get a good workout in our fully equipped Fitness Center. We also sponsor water aerobic classes, and often we can get a group together for some power walking. There are miles of walkways for jogging or powerwalking (or just a leisurely stroll) both in and outside the adjacent park.

Waterfront Restaurants
We have a casual dining restaurant, Galley at the Marina, inside or on its waterfront deck, featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner. South Bay Fish & Grill specializes in fine dining and Sunday brunch, and sports an outdoor patio for lighter fare. Both restaurants feature nightly specials, live music and dancing, and watch the spectacular sunsets from their patio decks. The Galley features live entertainment and dancing on many nights. South Bay Fish & Grill often has live entertainment in their bar area.

Boat Launch Ramp
Enjoy Chula Vista’s free boat launch ramp adjacent to the RV Resort. There is limited parking available at our Marina to stow your trailer. And, best of all, you can moor your boat right at our marina and walk back and forth to your site.

Beach
The Resort is surrounded by a beautiful park, and the beach area is within walking distance. Enjoy watching the small sailboats and kayaks as you stroll the grounds.

Park
We have dozens of acres of beautiful parkland surrounding the Resort. Walking, jogging, fishing from the pier, flying kites, feeding the ducks, and a quiet stroll are yours to enjoy.

Tiki Bar and Firepit
The Resort hosts many parties, firesides, happy hours, and similar events in our private Tiki Bar and Sunset Pavilion area. There is nothing better than ending a day with dancing and good company under the stars, while enjoying the firepit ambiance and the marina view.

Market
Our General Store is stocked with groceries, beer and wine, and toys and games!
