We are set just outside the delightful town of Moretonhampstead in the vast green space behind the Sports and Community Centre. Campers have access to clean, hot showers and toilets 24 hours a day. Campers can also make use of the facilities at the sports and community centre including tennis, badminton & football.*

Rooms can also be hired if you are planning a special event during your stay. We have hosted weddings and parties and make a lovely venue with the added bonus of having camping on site for after the event!!

There is plenty of space and a lovely childrens' play park.

We are only a 5 minute stroll into town where you will find a well stocked Co-op, a cash dispenser and bank, post office, cafes and a selection of very good pubs.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool, which is open in the summer months from June through to September.

Thefishery that is open all year round, with three lakes filled with trout.

New to the village is the Green Hill Arts Centre where there are a range of exciting art exhibitions. There are many local artists in the town and studios are often open to the public.

There are plenty of picturesque walks and cycle trails. If you enjoy walking on the Moors this is your ideal location.

A little further out of the village is the 'miniature pony centre' or if you fancy something more relaxing the luxury spa hotel and sporting estate, Bovey Castle, is only a short drive away.

We are very reasonably priced at £5 per adult, Children under 12 £3 per night and under 2's are free.

Unfortunately no dogs are allowed on the site.
