Long Hazel Park
We are licensed for 75 touring units, with 40 hardstandings, 16 amp electric hook-up and room for motorhomes and RV's of up to 40ft. Our central tent pitches can cope with even the largest of tents.
All pitches are a short walk to our spotlessly clean, heated shower block which supplies complimentary hot showers to all guests. We also have dishwashing and chemical disposal facilities available for use.
We are able to cater for wheelchair users and the mobility impaired as we have a separate suite in our shower block with grab rails and low-mounted facilities, as well as a seated shower. This washroom is accessed via ramps and can also be used by carers if necessary.
All of the Park grounds are level and we are accessed easily via our dual-laned entrance road.
We are able to provide self-catering accommodation for up to five adults in our bespoke Blackforest Lodge. This lodge is fully adapted for wheelchair users and is available for long and short lets all year round.
We are also part way through a development of second holiday home lodges which are available to be built to your own specifications with one, two or three bedrooms. These are perfect as a UK base for those wishing to move abroad or as a country retreat, as we are based half way between London and Cornwall. For more information, please contact us direct.
Long Hazel Park is 100 metres from the local village inn and bus stop and 400 metres from the nearest Spar shop and petrol pumps. These are all accessed by pavements.
Nearby attractions include Haynes International Motor Museum at Sparkford which is half a mile away, RNAS Yeovilton Air Day and Fleet Air Arm Museum (2 miles) and King Arthur's Camelot at South Cadbury (2 miles). We have been awarded Celebrity Status by Visit England for our proximity to this Iron Age Hillfort.
