The camping is close to the German border in the eastern part of the Netherlands, in the middle of the National Park Winterswijk.
On site we have a restaurant, a snackbar, an outdoor heated pool and a café.
At 'Het Wieskamp' and in the immediate surroundings, you'll be able to fulfil every conceivable wish – cycling, hiking, tennis, swimming and shopping in Winterswijk or in the centuries-old towns just over the border in Germany. There's always something to do. Hospitable surroundings will make you feel at home right away – here you'll discover a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
Winterswijk is a small city in the eastern part of an area called the Achterhoek. The Achterhoek is famous because of his beautiful landscapes and his hospitality.
Fresh German rolls are for sale every day, whole year round.
Cities within an hour driving from Winterswijk are: Arhhem, Doetinchem, Zutphen, Enschede, Oberhausen, Bocholt, Essen and Vreden.
The campground is 20km. from the motorway A18.
