The Amenity block, which has been newly refurbished for 2011, is scrupulously clean, with laundry & disabled facilities. There is a 9 hole golf course just metres away and a local Pub serving good food across the road. Pickering is a pleasant walk away to an array of shops, bars and restaurants.

The bus service is situated just out side the entrance to the park, connecting you to Malton, Pickering, the North Yorkshire moors, Scarborough and York. Offering an easy and accessible alternative to maximise the enjoyment of your stay at Upper Carr Caravan Park.

New for 2011, As well as the newly refurbished Amenity Block we are also pleased to announce a new Tea Room, serving sandwiches, dishes of the day, light snacks and cakes as well as having a licence to sell a variety of wines and beers.

Under New Ownership, the park is quiet, secluded and well-maintained with level pitches and excellent access for touring caravans. Security barriers for your peace of mind, attractive children's play area, nature walk for all the family to enjoy along with a cycle trail directly from the park.

New for 2011 and unique for Pickering an electric generator has now been installed to avoid the busy blues of power cuts that many parks experience. Limited seasonal touring pitches available, £1640 per year includes winter storage and electricity.
