Camping L Etournerie, really quiet.
We have created a place where people can enjoy tranquility, space and nature in the wonderful climate of the Southern Vendée, close to the Atlantic coast.
We now have a mini-camping ŕ la ferme with 6 pitches.
We do not accept campervans.
Our camping offers tranquility!! We are not suited for families with children who need entertaining. There are no facilities for children. Our heated pool is NOT a play pool.
We also have some rental accommodation on our camping: a wooden chalet.
Maison Passerose, our holiday home, can be rented throughout the year.
Pets are welcome.
Our mini-camping ŕ la ferme has 6 pitches of approximately 150 m2. The pitches are sunny, trees have been planted though, but are not fully grown yet. If you want to sit in the shade, we have some lovely walnut- and apple trees on the camping. We do not accept campervans.
If you want to rent accommodation, we offer a wooden chalet and a gite. In both, pets are welcome. All guests are welcome to use our heated pool.
Meals are available on request.
The chalet is very comfortable and has a living room, double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunkbed. There is a fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. The chalet sleeps 4 maximum, though is ideal for 2 adults. Smoking inside is not allowed.
The chalet uses the sanitary building of the camping.
The sanitary building consists of 2 toilets, 2 large showers and 3 wash-basins. And of course 2 sinks for washing up.
In this building you will also find a kitchen (for sole use of the chalet), a washing-machine and dryer (small fee) for general use.
Our house is situated entirely on the ground floor and has only 1 step to the master bedroom. It is situated in an old barn which has been fully renovated.
It consists of a living - dining room with open plan kitchen. All furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 4 people. In the bathroom you find a large walk in shower, wash-basin and toilet. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a kingsize bed (180 x 200). The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200).
In the kitchen you will find a complete inventory, a senseo coffee machine (or nespresso), an electric kettle, a microwave and a fridge.
In front of Maison Passerose you will enjoy a large garden and terrace and a through way to the camping so you can use the pool. Of course this through way is for your use only.
Next to Maison Passerose you can find our farm animals wandering in their meadow: chickens, roosters, ducks, a goat and geese. You have a lovely view over a small valley.
Thanks to thick walls your house stays cool in the warm summer months, in winter it can be heated. It can be rented all year round. The entire house is tastefully furnished.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
A tv (no channels) & dvd-player is available. Dvd's can be borrowed from us.
All campsite facilities are also available to guests in the house.
At the border of our property there is a small river. Just 300 meters from our camping there is Lake Marillet where you may swim or fish (with permit). Your dog will also love a swim in the lake.
We are also situated in a small but excellent wine area. Why not drive the Route du Vin en buy some wine to take home?smrtovnice
