Waterside Holiday Park at St Lawrence Bay is a beautiful setting for a laid-back and leisurely holiday, with its lovely landscaped grounds leading down to the water’s edge.

Our Gold Caravans are spacious, stylish and have a high specification of fixtures and fittings, designed with your comfort in mind.

New for 2010, you will love the flatscreen TV, freeview and DVD player, plus check-in from as early as 1.30pm!

The kids will love splashing about in the small indoor pool, or going crabbing in the estuary at the bottom of the Park. You can glow in the spa and sauna and then head over to The Water’s Edge Tavern for great evening entertainment at the weekends & peak weeks, with a quieter programme available at other times.

Waterside has a selection of accommodation available, to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All of our Caravan Holiday Homes are fully equipped and available in 3 grades.

As for entertainment, from days in the sunshine with Sparky’s Krew Club to fabulous evening shows, there’s always something to do at Waterside Holiday Park near St. Lawrence Bay. The kids will love Sparky & his Krew and there’s plenty on offer for the older ones and adults too, with everything from shows and cabaret, to games and competitions.

Beach 10 Minutes away, small indoor pool onsite, theme nights, shop, children's entertainment, launderette and much more including Southend Pier, which is the town's historical icon as well as being the longest pleasure pier in the world, with its glorious 1.33 miles literally putting Southend on the map as well as into the record books.
