Camping Veliko Tarnovo

Camping Veliko Tarnovo is located in the village of Dragizhevo and is only 3 Km away from the main A4/E772 Veliko Tarnovo - Varna road.

Camping Veliko Tarnovo is a new, purpose-built campsite designed and managed by life-long campers, Nick & Nicky. There is a beautiful 20m swimming pool with sun terrace and loungers, 16 Amp European style electricity points on every pitch, most pitches have dedicated fresh water and grey water drainage.

There is free Wifi internet across the site, the newly fitted shower block has showers which are strong and hot. These are cleaned twice daily. There is a camper's kitchen with grill, hotplate, crockery and pans, laundry with two washing machines, two tumble dryers, outside drying area and ironing facilities together with a family bathroom.

The views from every pitch are stunning and as the site is just outside the village, it's perfectly quiet. You can look forward to the best night's sleep in Bulgaria. Dogs and other pets are welcome. Group bookings by arrangement.

On site there is a lovely cafe/bar restaurant in case you don't fancy the short walk into the village. The chefs prepare a range of Bulgarian and international dishes available from breakfast through to dinner.

Veliko Tarnovo regions boasts many sight seeing opportunities including: Tsaravets Castle; 12 Mountain Monasteries; fantastic wildlife, and modern shopping centres along with many restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a good range of maps and tourist information available free of charge from reception.

There are also many activities taking place in the area such as cycling, horse riding, swimming, fishing and hiking. Bicycles are available fore hire on site.
