Hidden Valley Caravan Park and Camping Site
If you enjoy caravanning and camping amidst glorious scenery with tranquillity and an abundance of wildlife, then Hidden Valley Caravan & Camping Park is the perfect caravan site for you, your family and friends to spend your holiday at.
This five star touring park is ideally located for exploring all that North Devon has to offer. You will be delighted by the stunning sandy beaches, the rugged Exmoor National Park, and the quant villages.
You will find Hidden Valley is just right for families and couples of all ages, whether it be just a short break to unwind and refresh or a main holiday to discover Devon at it's best.
Park Facilities
On the park there are 120 level, sheltered pitches, each with 16 amps electric & TV hook-up. Cleanliness is of prime importance to us: our facility blocks are well equipped, including the laundry rooms with token washing & drying machines and free ironing facilities.
The Top Park has all-weather pitches, which are tree-lined and terraced. These hard-standing pitches are designed for the caravan, awning and car to park on the firm ground - excellent for the sometimes-inclement British weather! The surface is not concrete but strong metal pegs are advisable. The main toilet block in this area is centrally heated in low and winter season, and accommodates a bathroom, disabled toilet and shower.
On the Top Park there are also a number of superpitches, which are generously sized pitches with direct water and waste water connections.
Kingfisher Meadow has all grass pitches and is a more open, field-type environment with shrubbery borders and trees around the outer boundary. The toilet block is centrally positioned, and has a family room.

We welcome rallies at Hidden Valley. You can hold a rally throughout the year.
Shop
You will find our recently extended and refurbished shop stocks many of the everyday goodies you may need, dairy produce & meats from local farms, bread and croissants freshly baked daily, and a variety of other foods.
Coffee Shop
Our coffee shop adjoins our site shop and provides you with the perfect place to unwind. Overlooking the lake and gardens you can enjoy a freshly-ground coffee and a piece of delicious cake or maybe a traditional Devon cream tea, catch up with friends, or just watch the birds feeding at the bird tables.
A selection of cakes, snacks and light lunches will be available during the day.
With access out onto the patio area, you can make the most of the sunshine and gorgeous view.
Wildlife & Conservation
Awarded a Gold Award for Wildlife & Conservation by David Bellamy for 5 consecutive years, we demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the biodiversity on the park, in addition to our desire to promote ecological good practice and minimise our negative effects on the environment.
You can enjoy a stroll around the beautiful gardens and delightful lake filled with rudd and teeming with dragonflies, damselflies, and butterflies. Or for the more active, follow one of the trails through the ancient broadleaved woods and pine trees to view the buzzards nest, and the occasional red deer or brown hare.
We are delighted to be working in close partnership with wildlife experts, Trevor Beer MBE & Endymion Beer, who have utilised their vast knowledge and experience to put together our trails and information boards.
