Mena Caravan and Camping Site
This quiet, secluded countryside family run Caravan and Camping Site is very conveniently placed - being only 1 1/2 miles from the A30 at the St. Austell round-about.
The Site is situated in a very pleasant position with 15 Acres of open space including a small fishing Lake, on a mainly level, well drained site. Dogs are welcome but must be quiet and kept on a lead at all times while on the site.
The village of Lanivet is 1 1/2 miles away, has a `late opening' village shop, Post Office, Church, a very friendly pub with good food, and an `Excellent' Fish and Chip Restaurant and Take-away.
Our small fishing lake is stocked with Common Carp, Rudd and Bream. A fish licence is required, and only barbless hooks may be used. Boilies and keep-nets are not permitted. There are many large fishing lakes, both Trout and Course, within 15 minutes from the site.

Attractions
The Site is central for all the main tourists attractions - Lands End being the most distant which takes about 1 hour, A wide choice of beaches and coves (both North and South Coast) are within easy reach.
Sandy Beach within 8m. Golf Riding Stables, Large Tennis Club, Swimming Pool, Shire Horse Center are all nearby. For the keen cyclist the Camel Trail is within 3 miles. Bikes and sidecars for children may be hired locally. The Saint's Way 1/4 m, Helman's Tor and Moor-land 3m, Cardinham, Respryn, and Dunmere Woods are all very close assuring you of many beautiful walks.
Lanhydrock House and Gardens are just 3 miles from the site, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many other Gardens are within easy reach.
We are also only 4 miles from Cornwall's millennium attraction - 'The Eden Project'. Being possible the most exciting millennium project in the country, it's one you can't afford to miss. With millions of coming from al over the World, It's clear it is a real marvel to Cornwall.
There are many historic gardens and walks within easy reach from the site. Such walks as 'The Saints Way' which passes right past the site. The saints way is an attractive middle distance route of just under 30 miles which crosses the county of Cornwall from Padstow in the North to Fowey in the South.
There are many beaches (both North and South) within 30 minutes from the site. We are also central for many of the popular tourist spots such as Mousehole, Falmouth and Land's End
Static Caravans
We have two 3 bedroom static caravans. Both have lounge / dinning area with colour television and video, toilet, shower and wash-hand basin. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size cooker, fridge and microwave oven. We supply all bedding and bed linen - in fact everything that is needed to make your holiday home-from-home. However, we request that you bring your own personal towels.
