Aimed at the outdoor enthusiast or for holidaymakers on a budget and cycle or motorbike tourers.
LA HAILLE is situated on a hill at an altitude of 308.5 metres, and set in 140 hectares, of private land; guaranteed tranquility, unrivalled seclusion, peace and privacy in a rural location.
For hikers, there are over 30 marked walks within the immediate area and specialist guided walks throughout the summer, covering such topics as rare orchids and other local flora and fauna specific to this area.
Facilities include the use of a barbecue area, a laundry room, a games room and free internet hotspot.
A separate shower, (free hot water) and a hairdryer and a separate toilet with basin, along with the additional facility of a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans to help make your camping even more convenient.
Electrical hook ups are available for caravans and mobile homes and we have a two berth caravan with covered au-vent and wood decking patio for rent.
A bread and croissant pick-up is offered in the morning for cyclists and walkers. Evening meals and snacks are available by request.
Although we are rurally located, the village of Simorre, (4 km) has all amenities. Here you will find two bakers, a butcher, an internet bar/restaurant, a wine bar/café, a small super market, a tourism office, a doctor and pharmacy, two hairdressers, a massage parlor, a second hand clothes shop, a post office with ATM machine, a 24 hour filling station, a museum plus a mountain bike base with which we work in conjunction.
