The Space.
Longuevernhe is a sprawling farm complex dating back to 1796, which is currently undergoing a quiet renovation. The property offers acres of private woodland valley gardens for you to work, rest, play and explore at your leisure. From its unique elevated position, enjoy unrivalled privacy and tranquillity, abundant wildlife and breathtaking views that stretch for 130km over the midi-Pyrenees. Ideal for casual holiday-makers, families, back-packers, those looking for a retreat or a fun working holiday.

Guest Access.
Bathroom (shared) is located within the main farmhouse, and includes: Shower, WC, Sink, hot & cold running water. Kitchen area (shared) is located within the main house, and includes: Small oven, Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Kettles, Toasters, Crockery, Pots & Pans, Coffee making facilities, Dining table for 6 people, Utensils & Cutlery. Parking available including covered garages. The house is accessible on all levels by ramp. Not suitable for wheelchair users. On-Site: 12 hectares (27 acres) of private woodland valley gardens, orchard, meadows, woodland walks and al-fresco dining areas. Gym equipment (weights, benches, ropes, mats), power sockets & Wi-Fi. 2 Push bikes (including safety gear), FREE UK Domestic Land-line calls. Furniture workshop & Showroom.

Host Interaction.
The host lives on-site but offers guests complete freedom and privacy. The host works on-site but keeps his presence to a minimum unless required to provide help or assistance.

Neighbourhood.
There are several historical towns & villages nearby (Plaisance, St Sernin sur Rance, Coupiac, Trebas, Millau, St Affrique), the UNESCO world heritage site/city of Albi, and the 5 villages of the Knights Templar. There are also lots of activities close by, including Kayaking, Quad biking, the Roquefort Caves, Micropolis, the Adventure Parc, Caving, Abseiling and much more! The local village (St Sernin sur Rance) has a bar/Cafe, grocery store, bank/ ATM machine, public open-air pool with water slide, hair salon, post office, garage/petrol station, tourism office, antiques shop, church, library, walks.
