Brand new for 2015! 4 unique and spacious en-suite safari style tents, sleeping up to 6 in a double bed, twin beds and a double cabin bed. Fully kitted out with beds made up, large woodburning stove with oven, bathroom pods with proper flushing loo and basin in one pod and gas powered shower in the other. Kitchen sink with running water, dining table and chairs for 6 plus a comfy sofa for lounging. BBQ and campfire area. Completely off-grid and tents are lit by candle lanterns and oil lamps. Tents are set amongst the trees in a secluded field on our working dairy farm. Great for both individual and group bookings, perfect for family holidays or a special event, wonderful for a back to basics wedding! Close to beaches of Swanage and Studland, great for walking and cycling and for visiting the delights of the Isle of Purbeck such as Swanage Steam Railway, Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove and Corfe Castle. Some great local pubs nearby such as The Scott Arms at Kingston, The Square & Compass at Worth Matravers and The Greyhound at Corfe Castle. We welcome our guests up to the farm to watch the cows being milked, help us feed the calves, meet our miniature shetland ponies or collect fresh eggs from the hens. Visit during spring and we're likely to have lambs needing bottle feeding! Look out for Sika deer, buzzards and nightjars around the camping field and farm or take a stroll through the farm's ancient woodland. We're open from Easter until October and would love to meet you!
