Falcon Forest Glamping

Located on the edge of The North York Moors National Park and benefiting from stunning views for miles looking towards Scarborough and the coastline, we are very proud of our newly developed Falcon Forest Glamping site. Our new site is a high quality development; it has a unique coastal and country setting and is tucked nicely into a wood on the edge of the North York Moors.

We feel privileged to be the custodians of the Falcon Inn and every effort has been made to develop our Glamping site sympathetically and in harmony with the ethos of the National Parks, which we know to be a resource worthy of the protection that it is offered.

Glamping is camping for the 21st Century, a superb camping experience with many well considered extra luxuries; in other words, plenty of pros and not so many of the cons, what’s more the kids love them, it’s a den like thing!

Our Pods were all built here in North Yorkshire by NY Timber. Sleeping up to 4 people, the Pods are manufactured to a high standard and designed to enhance any family camping holiday or activity break. Insulated with sheep wool and installed with electricity for lighting and heating, our Pods are cosy and inviting all year round with a heater in the winter months.

Each Pod is unfurnished so all you need to do is bring your own blow up bed or roll up mats and bedding, they are fully lockable with its own decking area, picnic table and is approached by its own path.

Adjacent to the Glamping site is a stone built, toilet and washing up facility, which has also been newly built to a high standard for 2014.
